QQcrm is an integrated system for operational planning as well as tactical and strategic analysis of individual B2B commercial activities. This application enables efficient preparation for client meetings by generating a dedicated client meeting sheet. The sheet includes both previously recorded system details and sections to be completed by the meeting participants, which are then uploaded into the system for monitoring and analysis.
Additionally, the system continuously monitors the business relationship with each client based on a comprehensive set of criteria (KPIs) and triggers alerts whenever indicators show signs of deterioration, overseeing the entire workflow of planning and executing the measures required to resolve the identified situations.

To prevent negative stock situations (Out of Stock, No Moving), we recommend a business solution specifically designed to highlight the tendency toward these unwanted and unfavorable scenarios — this is QQinventory.prevention.
Starting from a simple two-dimensional analysis like the one shown above, and taking into account the factors that determine the financial loss evaluation in situations such as Out of Stock, Violent Moving (soon to become Out of Stock), Slow Moving, and No Moving, QQinventory.prevention provides an analysis whose purpose is to prioritize the need for intervention across all items, regardless of the nature of the issues identified.

When a company has a significant part of its capital tied up in inventory (goods and/or raw materials) and faces economic turbulence and instability, there naturally arises the need to know whether and where proper inventory management has been carried out. Stockouts, obsolete products, or slow-moving items are significant challenges that can have a major impact on a company’s final profitability.

To address this, we developed QQinventory.health, a visual analysis tool that starts from sales and inventory movement history to highlight Out-of-Stock (OOS), No Moving (NoM), and Slow Moving (SloMo) situations.

Moreover, for each of these situations, we identified and implemented methods to evaluate the losses associated with these undesired scenarios. This allows us to understand the critical areas of our inventory, determine whether the issues are chronic, and prioritize their impact on overall company profitability.

This integrated solution, developed by QQinfo, assesses the value of past losses caused by Out-of-Stock, No Moving, or Slow Moving situations, in absolute terms and/or as a percentage of recorded sales.

We launched the Cash Driver application

Cash Driver is a multi-scenario, forward-looking analysis tool for quickly and interactively assessing the profitability and cash flow availability of companies and organizations.

In the economic context at that time—so volatile due to COVID—the usual methods for estimating future liquidity, typically used by managers and entrepreneurs, were no longer sufficient. This applied whether we were talking about the traditional Excel files used by financial controllers or the entrepreneurial intuition that “senses” pressures on a company’s cash flow. This is because, on one hand, the number of parameters that are no longer constant increased significantly, and on the other hand, new parameters needed to be considered.

Moreover, given the unpredictability—even in the short term—of what might happen in any company’s operations, there arose an implicit need (also emphasized in many recent webinars and articles by consultants, investors, and renowned management and entrepreneurship professors, both locally and internationally) to build financial projections in multiple scenarios and to revise these scenarios relatively frequently. This allows companies to anticipate near-term challenges and prepare specific action plans tailored to the situations identified.

QQvalidator is a tool that allows you to define a set of static (or dynamic) reference datasets, which serve as the baseline for verifying the data currently loaded from data sources into the business intelligence platform, tracking whether any differences occur during the latest reload. Once differences are identified, the system allows you to drill down into details (which rule failed, how many and which data points differ, the significance of the difference, when it occurred, in which application/server/environment, etc.).

Multiple validation rules can be applied, each using different reference data sources and different tables to be checked, with dedicated settings for filtering, aggregation, and data alignment for each validation rule. Multiple validation measures can be defined simultaneously within the same rule, providing both more efficient reload times and higher confidence.

QQvalidator can be used for continuous testing (in agile environments), in both Qlik Sense and QlikView.

They acquired the SIRQ, QQpartitioning, and Qosmic applications for generating traffic, interaction, and revenue analyses in June 2022.

The SIRQ engine (Qlik Rapid Deployment System) allows you to (re)configure the data reading algorithm instead of rewriting the script from scratch for different applications.
The SIRQ engine provides value both during the initial implementation and throughout the entire lifecycle of the developed analytical application.
The more complex the required ETL, the greater the value delivered by SIRQ.

QQpartitioning provides partitioned incremental reading of large fact tables, such as stock movements, accounting entries, invoice and payment histories, or even detailed sales by invoice line or product, without affecting the speed or refresh frequency of analytical applications. At the same time, it protects against excessive load on the servers (SQL, etc.) from which the data is read. This approach is sometimes also referred to as segmentation.

The Qosmic interface is a concept inspired by globally recognized Qlik experts, extensively expanded and enhanced. It allows for the reuse of existing interface pages with any pre-defined calculation formulas, while also enabling the rapid and systematic addition of new calculation formulas across the entire set of analyses within the application.
Furthermore, this mechanism provides users, from the very first deployment, with a vast array of options for reconfiguring available visualizations.
As a result, the majority of requests for minor adjustments in visualizations are anticipated and resolved upfront, without additional interventions or costs. Additionally, the creation of derived versions of visualization options, formulas, or formatting is performed centrally, and upon the next Qosmic script execution, these updates are automatically propagated wherever relevant.

They acquired the QQfin application in June 2023.
QQfin is an integrated financial analysis solution that systematically generates P&L reports (as well as Balance Sheet and Indirect Cash Flow). It is adaptable to various reporting requirements, includes configurable processes for consistent data reading and processing, and provides multiple layers of reporting quality audit for maximum reliability.
