Inphinity released its latest version in March 2025.
This release focuses exclusively on Inphinity Forms and specifically on new features and upgrades for Inphinity Forms administrators.
Now this has been driven by many of Inphinity customers recently moving to Qlik Cloud, so, the team at Inphinity decided that in the first two months of this year, they would make managing Inphinity Forms SaaS easier than ever.
So, let’s dive in and take a look at what’s new.
Custom User Groups
New first up is support for the custom user’s group’s capability that Qlik has recently introduced in Qlik Cloud. Also, these groups have been made available to help to manage user access to your Inphinity Forms as well.

SQL Data Sources for Qlik Cloud
A capability called SQL Data Sources in Cloud was introduced to simplify the connectivity to SQL databases. This capability creates a database connection that can be shared by multiple Form instances. It’s useful when configuring multiple tables in the same database for your Form instances.
SQL Data Sources can be configured via both the Inphinity Forms admin application and the Inphinity application portal.

Snowflake Key-Pair Authentication
To meet new security requirements in Snowflake, Inphinity Forms now enables the use of the key-pair authentication. Note that to do so in the Full SaaS development, it is required to define the connection to the Snowflake database as an SQL Data Source.
New Admin App Functions
As well as the new capabilities previously mentioned, new features have also been added to the administration application, including export data, clear data & and duplicate Form instances.
Performance Improved
Application performance has been significantly improved. One of the updates it was made includes the replacement of Qlik Application Automations with direct API calls to the Inphinity App portal. Therefore, reloads are no longer required to update data in the application anymore.
The Inphinity Forms SaaS administration application has been completely transformed, with many new options added so you don’t need to leave the Qlik Cloud to manage your Inphinity Forms even in complex environments.

As well as all the new functions related to Inphinity Forms Administration in Qlik Cloud some security updates and new features for on-prem and hybrid SaaS deployments have been included.
Numeric Special Variables
When referring to manual inputs in expressions, numeric values required additional formatting functions to be handled properly. Regardless of the deployment type, you can now use new special variables to refer to numeric values without any additional transformation need.
